Mutilate Rotations for 3.3 Empty
PostSubject: Mutilate Rotations for 3.3   Mutilate Rotations for 3.3 EmptyFri Dec 11, 2009 9:42 pm

The idea is to keep you SnD up always by doing envenom/evis, and keeping HfB always up. Mutilate as point maker and try to never be energy capped.

Vanish can help bring up your dps because of Overkill so remember to start in stealth also.

The conventional idea was to always keep rupture up as well, especially if you had T8 4 set bonus. But in T9 there's all this talk about no need to rupture anymore when you can crit envenom for 10k+

this is my current build, I think it is/was the most popular pve mutilate build:

I am thinking of a new build with no glyph of rupture and no more 5 point rupture (just 1 point rupture if there are no bleed effects on target for HfB).

Here is one suggested by projectlore.com:

I just don't understand how Quick Recovery helps dps at all. Hit and expertise capped you should never fail to hit finishing moves. 10% extra healing would be nice but doesn't help dps. Wouldn't just one point in blood splatter and point in vigor be better?

This is a suggested build:

With glyph of vigor or tricks of trade instead of rupture. The site mentioned fan of knives (20% damage increase) but I don't know how often you need it in raid it's the single target damage that is more important.
