Our GoalsSimply to progress through the encounters given to us by Blizzard together and to have some fun at the same time.
Sour and I won't tolerate guildies mistreating each other, nor tolerate you making our raids not fun by continuing to not learn from mistakes and standing in stupid shit like fires.
Raiding Rules1. Be prepared.
2. Be on time. (Invites Go out 15 minutes Before Raid Time 4:45 server)
3. Flasks/Food. I will be checking. Everyone is expected to have a flask and food buff during progressional raid time. Its a total insult to others when you don't go that far to improve progression.
4. We have a Raid Leader, it isn't you. PLEASE STFU during strategy time. If you have a suggestion WHISPER it to the RL, or talk with him outside of raid time. (this could be a a HUGE time waster)
5. AFK during AFK time. We will take a break midway through raid, so please dedicate raid time for raiding.
6. BE ALERT - When asked by the RL to do something in battle, please do it immediately. Sometimes things need to be done quickly, and there isn't time to discuss them. If you desire to question the assignment, ask later not during raid. Its not the place or time to.
Looting Rules1. We use a DKP system.
2. Please view the DKP area of the site for more info, in the Loot thread.
3.
Link to Absolute Zero DKPVent Rules1. Do not be offensive. - No Need to Be a Jackass
2. Do not be easily offended. - People Joke Around
Note : Some things are obviously rude, and out of bounds. Keep away from being an Asshole.
Full Time Raider Rules1. Better yourself.
2. Run heroics, run 10 mans, get better gear.
3. Properly gem and enchant your gear. - If you want us to be successful, go that extra mile with yourself. Example : An extra +5 Stamina may not seem like alot, but if 25 people do it, our raid gains 1,250 HP. The little things make the difference.
4.
HELP YOUR GUILDIES - We certainly don't expect people to run guildies alts through dungeons - but do expect them to help a guildie gear up in some 10 Mans or Heroics. Just remember the Golden Rule.
5. Utilize the in game calender for guild events. - Members who do not accept or decline progression day raids can find themselves not raiding. The calender will be *locked* to set lineup between 2 and 24 hours before scheduled event. It is in your best interest to sign up at least 24 hrs. before raid.
